We would have you sign a rental agreement called a Master Lease, in which one party (Estancia Oasis Rentals) leases a property from the owner (You) and then subleases it to other tenants. We like to lease our properties for 2+ years but if the owner is hesitant, we do give the option to do a 1-year lease with the option of renewing at the end.
